[Taoyuan Int’l Airport with a Big Heart | Passenger Service Vehicle for Those in Need 】

To assist elderly travelers and those with limited mobility , Taoyuan Int’l Airport offers a convenient complimentary Passenger Service Vehicle. This service significantly reduces the distance passengers need to walk to reach their boarding gates.

The service is available to the following travelers:
Passengers with mobility disability
Seniors, pregnant women, infants and passengers requiring assistance
Passengers who are running late for their boarding time
Other passengers who have notified relevant airport units regarding their need for assistance

Service locations:
1. Departure level of Terminal 1: Next to the official desk in front of the National Immigration Agency

2. Departure level of Terminal 2: Next to the service desk of the duty-free-shop area in Areas C and D and in front of Hermès at the National Immigration Agency

3. Arrival level: A vehicle operates along both the South and North Concourse to assist passengers

Service hours: 7am~9:30pm
